Monero is a secure, private and untraceable currency system. Monero uses a special kind of cryptography to ensure that all of its transactions remain 100% untraceable. In an increasingly transparent world, you can see why something like Monero can become so desirable.
From using Monero for around 2 years I have learned how to mine it direct from any computer, created hardware wallets and traded it. There is a lot of things Monero can be used for and it’s an excellent privacy coin. I’m looking forward to the potential this coin has as the total market supply is 18.4m coins followed by a slow release of 157,680 coins per year.
The mathematics of the total supply of Monero coins is pretty smart. There will be a total of 18.4 million XMR in circulation. Its mining will go until May 31, 2022, and after that, 0.3 XMR per minute will be fed into the system continuously forever. This continuous supply of 0.3 XMR/minute will ensure that coins never run out of supply and incentive to miners will continue. Apart from that, there will also be an acceptable inflation rate maintained by this supply.
